Metro State Tied for Seventh in Director's Cup Standings
Women's soccer was one of four fall sports to qualify for NCAA postseason play.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Metro State finished the fall sports season tied for seventh in the Learfield Sports NCAA Division II Director's Cup standings, released on Dec. 23 by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics. The final standings include football. The fall football season had not been completed in the previous standings released on Dec. 10.
The Roadrunners have a total of 208.00 points, tied with Colorado Mines. Grand Valley State leads all NCAA Division II schools with 380.00 points after finishing winning the national championship in women's soccer, finishing second in football and women's cross country, fifth in men's cross country and tied for 33rd in volleyball. Metro State earned points for placing tied for ninth in women's soccer and volleyball and 14th in men's cross country and 21st in women's cross country as four of its five fall sports qualified for NCAA postseason play.
